Description

The main frame is fabricated and ribbed of heavy steel plate to minimize vibration and deflection.

All operating push control buttons are centralized in a convenient control box.

They are large, clearly identified and colour coded which simplify set up and start up.Roller table 700mm x 380mm, working height 780 - 950mm, is variable to install at end of conveyor of moulding machine.

The speed of all brushing heads can be adjusted by inverter.

Working height can be adjusted by hand wheel.

The sanding head is variable to adjust vertical or horizontal.

Brushing head is combined with cleaning brush units and abrasive cloth units.

It is designed for replacement conveniently.
